S100 (b) and Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP, c) were positive. Neurofilament stain was negative (d). Final pathological diagnosis was nasal glioma (glial heterotopia) with fibrosis.

    Family photos taken 4 weeks (a) and 6-weeks (b) after surgery. There were no complications. On 6-month follow-up, the family is pleased with the result and has no complaints.
